* People who cause pollution; who throw the waste of animal, old furniture to the streets apart from the certain days will pay 69 Tl.

* People or companies that throw the waste of constructions to the places except from the certain sites will pay from 140 Tl to 4261 Tl.

* People who don't have the permission to hang and tear poster, announcement, paper in parks or streets will pay from 140 Tl to 4261 Tl.

* People who gamble and behave against the police will pay 140 Tl.

* Companies who make extreme noise and disturbe people will pay from 420 Tl to 7105 Tl.

I hope these punishments will work...

THERE WAS EVEN A HINGE IN HIS GASTRIC..

In the On Dokuz Mayıs University, nearly 100 metal goods were taken out of a man's gastric such as a fork, a tea spoon, a pin, a nail clipper and so on..
According to the information, a mentally disabled man was taken to the university hospital because of his stomachache complaint a week ago. In the medical examination it was detected that there were a number of metal things in his gastric. The operation took 7 hours and in the end, he got rid of them. The operator said that he had seen such patients but he had never seen a situation like this. “Some of the needles he ate were stuck into his abdomen by piercing his intestinal. If it were late, there would occurred worse results. We cleaned the gastric on time. His condition is better now. His psychotherapy has started.” he said.
His family didn't know that he had a habit like this. His sister said that he had some problems in his childhood, but now she would do anything so that he wouldn't do the same things any more.

MYSTERIOUS CODES IN THE PAINTING

Research men have found that there are three darwings in a painting of Leonardo da Vinci, a painter and a scientist. According to the news of Times, these are a head of a horse, a part of a skull, and a lamp. The scientist explained that drawings are Vinci's style.

These mysterious drawings strenghten the allegations about that there are religious symbols and codes in his paintings.

Vincent Pomarède, who is an employee in Louvre Museum said that he used the backs of the paintings to make drawings, so they are not symbols or codes. Some people say that in the past painters couldn't find canvas to paint on, so they used secondhand canvas. Those are not secret symbols but they are the marks of former paintings.

FACE TRANSPLANT

He-Li Guoksing, a farmer in China- was the second person who got his face transplanted. However, he was died 6 months ago and the reality has just been announced. His body hasn't been examined and the factor that caused his death is not known.
His operation was a success. A part of his face was smashed by a bear and the new face which was taken from a donor was transplanted. His new photos were published all over the world.
His doctor talked about his death. He said that Li's death was not related to the operation. Li had to take some medicines in order that his body could accept the new histo but he declined it. He tried to find some solutions in alternative medicine.
His death was published in some blogs but it was never in media. Why they concealed his death and what the reason of his death is not known for now.

POMPEI

In 79 B.C puzzolana coming from the Vesuvius turned Pompei into a graveyard. Almost 200.000 people perished and stayed as stones for two thousand years.

Pompei was a town which is set on the foot of the Vesuvius,near the bay of Neapolitan. A big wall with eight doors was surrounding it. The streets were covered with stones. You can still see the marks of tires, the polling mottos, announcements of theatres, little inns and the writings on their walls today. In the middle of the town there was a forum where parties were arranged every week. At these parties sometimes two slaves, sometimes a slave and a lion were pit against each other. Any kind of atrocity was brought out. Some people were very rich having luxurious houses,kiosks while some of them were very poor. At the end, this welfare,cruelty caused people to make immoral things.

Vesuvius erupted in august with a big noise. People didn't know what to do and tried to escape. Noone could remember the old, the babies, the disabled.. Everybody just thought about themselves but big blazes didn't permit them to escape. After two days, the town was under 8 meters.

People who tried to escape with ships were died, too. When some people understood there would be a big eruption-because earthquakes occured frequently- they turned their way to the harbor. Unfortunately big waves cut them off. Those waves made them fall into the fire. Death was inevitable for them.

Some people supposed they would find the survival at their homes, but the poisonous gas choked them in their homes. Some of them were having meal, some of them were kneeling and some of them were in bad positions.

Today you can see all of them in the Neapolitan Museum.

DON'T GET YOUR CHILD EAT CRISP IF YOU THINK HIS HEALTH

According to WHO and FDA(Food and Drug Administration) an adult should consume 6 gram salt, 65 gram oil at the most in a day. And if it is possible, trans oil shouldn't be in this ratio. In children this number decreases to 3 gram salt and 30 gram oil. It means, when your child eat two packets of crisps, s/he goes beyond this proportion.

Researches show that when consumption of trans oil surpasses 20 gram daily, the risk of obesity increases to %80 and of the heart attack to %60.

WHO has started a campaign as " Fight Against Salt" . BHF has also started a campaign so that children lower the consuption of crisps warning them with this motto" Eating crisp is nothing but drinking oil". In a packet of crisp 2,5 spoon of oil is used and with the oil that is used in a day in Britain, two olympic pools can be filled. In the world 36 billion packets of crisps are sold every year.

But still we are going on eating them. Because there aren't efficient warnings in our country. Some people suggest that there are remarks on the crisp packets saying" crisp is harmful to your health" as on the cigarette packets. Of course we don't know to what extent this can be useful and deterrent. But we can see this means nothing for most of the addictives..

IT IS NOT ZAMZAM IT IS TAP WATER!!

Department of Religious Affairs delivers all of the belonging of pilgrims to their homes except for zamzam. Prof. Ali Bardakoğlu who checks the cargo service warns people not to send zamzam by cargo and not to buy it in Turkey. He said" We don't accept zamzam because the Government of Saudi Arabia doesn't give permission us to carry zamzam en masse. The zamzam that our pilgrims give to cargo is poured at the border and are filled again in Turkey from tap. People drink tap water supposing zamzam. So they are being deceived."

And there is a new practice for pilgrims. They are given artificial yellow roses so that they are not lost and not seperated from the group. They are-especially women fond of it. They say they can find each other easily.

WHY ARE THE CHINESE SLANT-EYED?

The line of the eyelid of the slant-eyed people is lower than the others'. According to teories, this line has formed in order to protect the eye against snow's sparkling light like snow goggles. Although there is not so much snow in these areas, it is proved that their ancestors were living in polars in the ice-age. Not only their eyes but also their noses are adjusted to the cold so they are small. Their skin and eyelids are fatty to prevent the eyes and the body from cold. So it would be truer to say that they are not slant-eyed but fallen-eyed:)

A BOY..

The rain has just begun. A little poor boy is trying to warm his hands at the corner, far away from the people, secluded. Where could he can go? Who can he shelter? He never knew his mother, father. It is difficult to say that it is exactly lifeless. but it looks alike a human more day by day. it amazes everybody because he like a human can show his feeling such as happiness, sadness, anxiety, anger with his mimics. it is the most developed anthropoid robot.

the robot which is the process of three-year-work has no body for now. his face is conrolled by his own program and with the help of the little engines under his face, his face musculars are working as in the human.

he has the ability to imitiate the mimics he sees with his eyes. also he can speak.

the scientists in say that making a body for him is easier than making a face. it is reported that these robots are being developed for the service to the human. among the robots that are developed by japanese, there are robots working in the information desk, for helping the old and the disabled or as a guide.

but they are not as anthropoid as jules. somehow, some people think that, these robots will be used for spying or for the behaviors against the ethics..

WHO ARE PYGMIES?

they are a kind of black people who are living in africa. sometimes all of the short people around the world are called as pygmies. it is determined by egyptians and greeks that pygmies have been living for two thousand years and more.

real pygmies live in africa and they are very short. the males' lenghts are no more than 1.45 and females' are maybe 1.40 for the longest one.their skins are reddish black and their hair is usually curly like blacks.

they are people who live in jungles. they are approximately 100.000 and their quantitiy is decreasing day by day because of the marriages with other groups. they usually live in huts that are like half moon and have one entries. females make these huts and they do fishing. males, in groups, hunt with plectrums and archs. they have just started to use rifles. especially,they hunt monkeys and elephants. they don't process the earth. they either find their herbal nutrients by chance or get it by means of collectings that female do.

MUMMIFICATION

mummification is a very old funeral tradition.especially, it was used by egyptians and incas ancient times. today it is still performed by some african tribes: they just dry up the body by means of fire or smoke.

the preparation of the egyptian mummies was much more complicated than those of the african's. the dead body would be emptied-except for the heart and kidneys. then they would be put into "natron" for a few months. natron is a drying material.

after that, they would fill the body with resinous and alliaceous plants; they would lay odorous oils on the face of the body. they would wrap the body with linen. the face would be painted and glass ayes would be located so that the mummy could seem as alive as possible.

finally, the body would be put into a coffin,then left in a stone cemetery.it was because, they were believing that the spirit would come back and live again in that body...

ı had planned everything before that terrible day : i was going to go to my fiance,and we were going to take a date for our wedding. but what is this darkness now in front of my eyes? what is this coldness in july? am i dead or the world has come to end? a day ago,i was with my family,now,where are they?am i alone like a butterfly in the sky? i wish,i could scream.. but no one can hear me other than this concrete.
there is a huge concrete jungle on me. i can't bear this force. i feel,all the building is on my abdomen.. i feel myself like a bed to that wreck..

THE INVENTION OF PAPER
Ts’ai Lun was an officer in China 2000 years ago and he invented the paper which was same as today in A.D 105.He mashed mulberrytree’s bark,bhang and fabric mixing with water.Then he pressed that mush and hung it.
In fact people had been using sometings to write on for centuries by that invention.But that invention made China the most developed civilisation.Surprisingly paper couldn’t come to Europe in following 1000 years.And the first paper was made in Spanien in A.D 1151.
After the invention of press,the need for paper increased.And finding rawmaterial for paper was difficult.In this way,making paper was time consuming.
In the beginning of 18th century,a French scientist-Rene Antonie saw bees making paper without using all those materials in the forest and was inspired by that.Bees were mixing branches with their gastric juice.Rene-Antonie made research on bees’ gastric juice and in 1719 he presented his discovery to the Academy of French Royalty.
The first paper machine was invented in 1798.And this machine has developed for years...

OBESITE BEGINS AT AGE 6 AND CAUSES PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS..

Obesite is a developing problem these days and most seen in 6-7 years old childrens..at this age fat tissue rises and extra calories turn into fat.so this causes obesite.

according to the surveys obesite is most seen in the girls especially during the adolescence.because at these ages desire for food increases.

we like fat babies and we make them eat everything.but this brings about obesite.this situation is seen as not important because we think ''they will lose weight however''.but survey results explain how wrong this thougt is.

so what should we do??there is some advice here:

1)childrens should eat with their families and shouldn't eat apart from the meals.

2)they shouldn't sit in front of the tv or computer for more than 2 hours.

3)they should make breakfast by all means

4)make smaller portions for your child and use less sugar in their drinks

5)you may give permission them to eat fast-food just for once in week:)))))))

BIG BLUE HOLE

this is BIG BLUE HOLE.it is in the middle of the sea and it is assumed to be the best diving point in the world.it is in Belize's waters-which is a country of America.it was introduced to the world in 1971 by Jakues Yves.yes it is most known by the people who are fond of diving but it still keeps it secrety for the local people.

scientists explain that this hole was in fact a cave in the ice age when the sea level was low.And with the rising levels of the sea the cave's ceiling collapsed so it was under the waters.

however,some of the the native people don't accept this explanation.because they think their gods were living there and they-gods-vere offended so they left the cave.and the ceiling collapsed..they still see the hole as a temple.and some of them claim that this hole transform into silver at night..

hi all! i am sule .
i just want to introduce myself.i love music and i wanted to play ''ney'' but i couldn't enroll the course because i was late for the deadline:(( but i started the guitar course..
i like eating,sleeping and not doing homework!!! i am a bit homesick altough i stayed in dormitory at high school for four years..i miss my room!!
and and and i hope these lessons won't be difficult:((because i thought i wouldn't study after i won the exam but this university spoiled my dreams..
